In a world where not many people are classically trained data scientists, it’s not realistic for organizations to simply build a data science department – it’s far more plausible to find the right technology solution or partner to help apply data science to their specific industry.
When it comes to personalization, businesses are at different stages across the spectrum. Some are just starting out, still working to figure out data collection and extract actionable insights, while others are well on their way to curating dynamic and predictive personalization at scale. Consumers, on the other hand, have come to expect highly relevant experiences.
