In this segment of the Investor's Business Daily Podcast, Breinify's CEO, Diane Keng, talks to host Irusha Peirish about data science and personalization trends. Diane explains how plug-and-play AI solutions like Breinify can help companies drive revenue with predictive personalization to be and stay competitive in the coming years.

While data science isn’t a new concept, large enterprises have seen a need for applied data science within their organizations in the last few years. With that need comes an increased investment in technologies that enable the use of data science, algorithms, and AI within these large businesses. In a world where not many people are classically trained data scientists, it’s not realistic for organizations to simply build a data science department – it’s far more plausible to find the right technology solution or partner to help apply data science to their specific industry.

When it comes to personalization, businesses are at different stages across the spectrum. Some are just starting out, still working to figure out data collection and extract actionable insights, while others are well on their way to curating dynamic and predictive personalization at scale. Consumers, on the other hand, have come to expect highly relevant experiences. The brands that are able to get ahead of the consumer’s needs and help them find what they’re looking for (whether that’s a piece of content or a product) are the ones that are going to be successful in building deeper relationships with loyal consumers.

For most enterprises, it comes down to the vendor or partner that they choose – technology will evolve, business approaches will change, but the need for a software partner that can help achieve a higher ROI on their digital marketing efforts isn’t going away anytime soon.
