How A German Beauty Brand Increased CRM Registrations & Conversions

The Problem

Our customer is one of the largest brands in the hair and beauty care industry globally. They have a large amount of website traffic and were eager to prioritize e-commerce by focusing on:

  • Collecting first party data
  • Growing their CRM by leveraging website traffic 
  • Increasing e-commerce conversions with more clicks on their “Buy Now” button

Results

In the first 30 days we activated 4 new use cases and in just 5 months, we launched 15 AI-driven campaigns which had the following results:

  • We agreed on a minimum of 30% increase for CRM new registrations above baseline
  • Breinify exceeded expectations with new account registrations having an increase of 105%
  • There was a 30% increase in CRM registrations
  • There was an 80% increase in e-commerce traffic from “Buy Now” clicks in articles
  • Breinify experiences accounted for 44% of all page visits to CRM registration

Across the website, there are “Buy Now” buttons which link to third-party retailers or their own e-commerce website to purchase products. The buttons are often embedded in their blog style articles on beauty and haircare. We help increase traffic to their e-commerce site by: 

  • Ensuring e-commerce product links have the same design as other external links
  • Placing dynamic product links that prioritized direct-to-consumer channels where possible
  • Making sure the consumer experience wasn’t impacted by any dynamic changes to the website
